My work is a vibrant expression of the everyday & the extraordinary; where fantasy offers a deeper immersion into who I am & what I am capable of.
Inspired by artists that use storytelling to build entire universes, my practice is fueled by the audacious spirit & fashion of Club Kid culture, the transformative artistry of drag & queer film's exploration of authentic living. I find magic in the overlooked: cardboard, vinyl, silicone, wood, fabric, and acrylic. They become building blocks for new realities, grounded in our shared human experiences, reflecting my own lived journey of self-exploration.
Ultimately, my art declares that we are the authors of our own stories. It seeks to spark feelings of identity & self-discovery, a reminder that what our society dictates as acceptable is merely a suggestion. We can build our own worlds, find our own magic & redefine what is real.
